Dominic Ruh has been practicing as a trademark attorney for many years and provides comprehensive advice on trademark law to companies and business leaders. His practice focuses on providing personalized and strategic guidance to SMEs, startups, and established companies in building, protecting, and enforcing their trademarks. He supports clients throughout the entire process, from trademark development and registration to the defense of their rights.
He has many years of experience representing clients in all areas of intellectual property law, particularly in trademark and design law. He represents clients before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Federal Administrative Court (BVGer).
In addition, Dominic Ruh possesses proven expertise in copyright, advertising, and art law. In this context, he advises and assists national and international artists, auction houses, and museums on legal matters.
Dominic Ruh studied law at the Universities of Bern and Fribourg.
